This season of this project ended on August 31st, 2019.
682 pledges raised $7,874 towards its goal of $10,000.
This project continues with another season as: Pair Of Dice Paradise - Year 7
It's Pair Of Dice Paradise's Fifth Year
And you can help make it spectacular!
Join our tact-free host, Chaz Marler, as he shares the latest board game news, overviews, and opinions. Whether you're new to this wonderful hobby of board gaming, or an established gamer, Pair Of Dice Paradise is a great companion to enjoy the hobby with!
This fundraiser finances the fifth year of content on the Pair Of Dice Paradise YouTube channel. This includes our most popular content; including the Component Proponent, Thrift Sift, TABLEscraps, Top 10s of popular and best selling games, and more.

A note from Chaz:
"When I started Pair Of Dice Paradise, I never imagined it would lead to gaining so many new friends and sharing so many special moments with viewers. Over the past several years, this has grown into more than a hobby. It's become about more than the number of videos published, or the number of games and components that we get to talk about together. It has become a part of my life - of me. That's why the specific goal of this campaign is to raise enough funds to truly transform Pair Of Dice Paradise from a 'self-sustaining hobby' into an established business. I hope that this year, the channel's fifth year, is the time that we can leap together into the next step of production."

This fundraiser helps PoDP grow! One milestone upgrades the popular TABLEscraps series into a “morning show” that’s posted each weekday. Another milestone funds more consumer-based investigative content, such as our recent popular series about Minimum Advertised Pricing Policies. And another milestone unlocks a Pair Of Dice Paradise podcast (something a growing number of viewers have asked for).
But all that still just scratches the surface of what Pair Of Dice Paradise can do for, and with, our viewers. But achieving these goals requires your help! And that's where Stretch Goals come in.

But this fundraiser is just as much about the giving back as it is about the receiving. Here's some of the rewards that are available for our supporters!
Supporters who donate $25 or more will invited to join the Pair Of Dice Paradise Exclusive, Members-Only Super Hush-Hush Facebook Group. In this extra-special online community, you will enjoy access to view videos before they go live to the public, behind-the-scenes content, and conversations with Chaz and other Pair Of Dice Paradise supporters.
.
.
Donating $100 or more will earn backers a PoDP Year 5 shirt in their preferred size, and a Year 5 commemorative coin. The items in this Combo Pack are currently scheduled to be produced shortly before convention season begins in June 2018.

Like food? Now you can put your food eating skills to good use by enduring a meal with Chaz from Pair Of Dice Paradise and Marty from Rolling Dice & Taking Names! Backers at this level will participate in effervescent dinner conversation and, well.. witness them eat. The first five supporters to reach $250 in pledges will be invited to join "vest friends" Chaz and Marty for dinner at either Origins or Gen Con 2018. (Each supporter that reaches this level may select either Origins or Gen Con.)

Thanks to everyone who either pledges their support for Pair Of Dice Paradise’s fourth season, or even just continues watching, commenting, and helping spread the word. Everyone who takes the time to share a kind word about the show is appreciated.
Content creation is always susceptible to unexpected obstacles. Computer hardware and/or equipment could fail, software can malfunction, or members of the team could be unavailable due to illness. Chaz could get bitten by a wombat. A meteor could strike the Earth. All time and space as we know it could spontaneously cease to exist. Boy, this paragraph has turned into a bit of a downer.
Essentially, what I'm saying is that video production, as with any endeavor, comes with its own unique challenges. While delays in content production are possible, we will use our experience in production and project management to not only make every effort possible to keep production running as smoothly as possible during any unforeseen difficulties, but also to retain transparency by communicating any issue with our audience while they are resolved.
